RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DUE TO STOCK CLEARANCE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED AT THE MOMENT.

 

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and items to return must be in the original condition - Olympian Sandals does not accept returns for worn footwear.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ORDER

 

Use the prepaid label Return Copy enclosed with your order

 

Fill out our Returns & Exchanges form included in your order and enclose it in your return package. Place the enclosed prepaid label on the box and drop it off at any UPS location or call UPS to collect it. It is mandatory to email our Customer Service & BEFORE returning any items. Use our email service@olympiansandals.com or fill out our contact form. Our Service team will reply your email within 24 hours.

 

If you do not have the prepaid label or the Return & Exchange form please email our Customer Service ( service@olympiansandals.com) to send you a printable copy.

 

FREE EXCHANGES

Exchanging an item for a more suitable size, other item or color is free of charge, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To exchange your item, follow the above steps ensuring you request an exchange and specify which size you require. Please, allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your exchange. If you need new item(s) immediately email our Customer Service service@olympiansandals.comor ill out our contact form.

 

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's account including sales taxes. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days and send you an email confirmation. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
