DO I NEED TO CREATE AN OLYMPIAN SANDALS ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend that you set up an account to enjoy the benefits of managing your account which includes saving and organizing your payment and address details, reviewing your order history and gaining access to create your own personal wish list.

HOW DO I KNOW OLYMPIAN SANDALS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note this does not guarantee the merchandise is available.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, email our Customer Service (service@olympiansandals.com) or call us on +30-2221-55-2221 Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM UTC. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

You have an option to cancel the order and place a new one. Please email our Customer Service ( service@olympiansandals.com) or call us on +30-2221-55-2221 Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM UTC. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be modified or canceled.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

We are unable to add an item to an order or combine two orders together in the same shipment. You will be required to cancel your order and place a new one with all the items you wish to purchase; alternatively, you may simply place a new order for the additional item.

I HAVE ORDERED A HANDMADE UPON ORDER ITEM ON THE SAME ORDER AS AN ITEM FROM A CURRENT COLLECTION, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ORDER?

We will ship your order items all together. Once your HANDMADE UPON ORDER item(s) are made you will receive a shipping notification email from our Customer Service. HANDMADE UPON ORDER item(s) are handcrafted and ready to ship within 5 – 7 business days.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Our sandals come in Italian sizing and are true to size. Please refer to our size guide for further information.

WILL MY PARCEL BE INSURED & WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR IT?

Your parcel is insured by OLYMPIAN SANDALS during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to your chosen delivery address. A signature is required for every delivery and it is at this point where the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to the consignee.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online, just visit www.ups.com

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We currently offer 2-3 business days, after processing begins, Priority Delivery with UPS International Service. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
